Why can't I put a lock on my bedroom door?

We do not allow locks on any bedrooms without our consent.  There are certain safety regulations that the city and county enforce.  In the event of a fire these could cause serious reciprocations and possible loss of life.

Rent is always due on the 1st of every month or specified in your lease agreement.

What will my security deposit be?

We typically charge one month's rent for the security deposit, it is also based off your application which we sometimes require additional funds due to pets and history.

What is your pet policy?

We accept pets based upon additional security deposit and must have update rabies vaccinations and wear vaccination tags on the collar.  Any pet that is consider poisonous or exotic is prohibited.  The breeding of privately owned pets is also prohibited. In the event there are consistent complaints surrounding barking or behavior we have the right to withdraw permission. You can review our pet addendum for a complete description.
