Broker, Catherine Chipman came to Boulder in 1992 and is a Graduate from the University of Colorado. She started by spearheading Public Art Projects on the University HIll to counter graffiti. She started the CASA Fund 501.cs for the Mountain schools and communities as well as fostered the Intergovernmental and voter-approved Mud Lake Agreement and served on the Out Boulder Board of Directors.

Catherine holds the highest degree of licensing as a Colorado Real Estate Broker and was trained by a Harvard attorney lending to an impeccable attention to details. Catherine has served on local non-profit boards, started other community based non-profits, is a CU Graduate in Fine Art Electronic Media, ran public art programs to combat graffiti, and most recently founded the Frequency Project offering Science, Music, Media, News and Education around all things vibration for optimal health, well being.
